Airbus Flight Academy Europe publishes 86 point equality index for 2023

The overall gender equality index is 86.

It is divided by indicator as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 36/40
  • Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15
  • High pay indicator: 0/10

As the calculable indicators have a minimum value of 75, they are brought to a total value of 100 points by applying the proportionality rule.

The total is 86/100 points.

As the result is higher than 75 points, Airbus Flight Academy Europe is in conformity with the principle of equality between men and women.
