Airbus Flight Academy Europe publishes 88 point equality index for 2024

The overall gender equality index is 88.

It is divided by indicator as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 33/40
  • Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15
  • High pay indicator: 5/10

The total is 88/100 points, representing an increase of 2.33% in the number of points.

With a score of over 85 points, Airbus Flight Academy Europe complies with the principle of gender equality.
In addition, the company has obtained 5 points for indicator n°5 of the Index (0 points in previous years), and has therefore increased the number of women in the ten highest paid positions, in line with the agreement on professional equality between women and men applicable from January 1, 2024.
