Airbus Flight Academy Europe publishes 85 point equality index for 2022

The overall gender equality index is 85.

It is divided by indicator as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 37/40
  • Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: not calculable
  • High pay indicator: 0/10

As the calculable indicators have a minimum value of 75, they are brought to a total value of 100 points by applying the proportionality rule.

The total is 85/100 points.

As the result is higher than 75 points, Airbus Flight Academy Europe is in conformity with the principle of equality between men and women.
