It is divided by indicator as follows:

  • Pay gap indicator: 36/40
  • Difference in the rate of individual increases: 35/35
  • Return from maternity leave indicator: 15/15
  • High pay indicator: 5/10

The total is 91/100 points, representing an increase of 3.41% in the number of points, compared with an increase of 2.33% between 2023 and 2024.

With a score of over 85 points, Airbus Flight Academy Europe complies with the principle of gender equality.
